The invoice chaser.Paste your invoices. Get every reminder drafted.
Paste your open invoices from QuickBooks, Xero, BQE Core or a spreadsheet, or type them in. The tool flags the overdue ones, picks the reminder stage from how late each one is, and drafts the email in the tone you choose. You read it, copy it and send it from your own address.

How it picks the reminder.Days late decide the stage. You choose the tone.
| When | What gets drafted |
|---|---|
| 7 to 1 days before due | A check that the invoice reached the right person |
| Due date | A due-date reminder with the invoice attached |
| 7 to 13 days late | A reminder that asks where it stands, then a call |
| 14 to 29 days late | A request for a payment date, then a call |
| 30 to 44 days late | A statement and a direct question, copied to accounts payable |
| 45 to 59 days late | An email to the person who signed the agreement |
| 60 days late or more | Written notice under the agreement, read by a lawyer first |
The first four stages come from the guide on chasing late invoices. The last three come from the guide on unpaid invoices past 30 days. Each draft leaves [first name] and any contract detail in square brackets for you to fill in.
Is my invoice list uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs in your browser. Nothing you paste or type leaves this page, and there is no form that sends it. Copy puts a draft on your clipboard so you can paste it into your own email.
Which reminder does each invoice get?
The tool counts the days between the due date and the check date, then picks the latest stage that has passed. The stages come from our guides on chasing late invoices and on unpaid invoices past 30 days. An invoice 1 to 6 days late gets the due-date reminder until the 7-day stage.
What does the tone change?
Gentle assumes the invoice is on its way. Direct asks for a payment date. Firm asks for payment by a set date. Match to how late picks gentle up to 14 days late, direct from 15 to 44 and firm from 45.
What columns does it read?
Client, invoice number, due date and amount, in any order, if the first row has headers. Without headers it guesses from the values. A Paid or Status column is used to skip paid invoices.
Does it give legal or collections advice?
No. Check your agreement before mentioning interest, suspension of services or any contract term. The 60-day notice should be read by a lawyer before it goes out.
