How a firm works with Archon
- Admin Map (free): a 30-minute call with the owner and a one-page map the firm keeps. It shows where the firm's admin hours go, the three things slipping most and one quick win. Admin Map details.
- 30-Day Admin Rescue (paid): three systems built in the firm's own email, Drive and tools over 30 days, with training and handover.
- Admin Support (monthly, after the Rescue): the systems kept running, fixes and a monthly report.
Prices are not published. They are discussed on the Admin Map call.
Founder
Joel Angel Guadarrama founded Archon & Partners. He spent nearly a decade in U.S. Navy intelligence, then worked in brand strategy and design. Since 2024 he has built automations, AI systems and AI agents. Archon started when architecture firms asked him for help with their admin, and his 2026 interviews with architecture firms shaped the Admin Map. He runs every Admin Map himself.
